App Terms of Use

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before using the Mobile Shop Android application (“App”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the App.

By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the App.

1. Use of the App Mobile Shop grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the App for any other purpose without the prior written consent of Mobile Shop.
2. Intellectual Property Rights The App and all content and materials contained therein, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Mobile Shop and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content or materials in the App without the prior written consent of Mobile Shop.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Mobile Shop makes no representation or warranty that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information or materials contained therein will be accurate or complete.
4. Limitation of Liability Mobile Shop shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the use of the App, even if Mobile Shop has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mobile Shop and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or in connection with your use of the App or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
6. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mobile Shop is located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
7. Changes to this Agreement Mobile Shop reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App after the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
8. Termination Mobile Shop may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice and for any reason. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the App and delete it from your device.
9. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Mobile Shop regarding your use of the App and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
